Protocol Banks is a software interface. We do not provide custodial services, and we never have access to your private keys or funds. All transactions are executed on-chain via user-authorized smart contracts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. Protocol Banks cannot recover lost funds or reverse transactions.
Fiat-to-crypto services are provided exclusively by Transak. Protocol Banks is not responsible for any issues arising from Transak's KYC process, fund settlement, or compliance procedures.
When using third-party services through our platform, you are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Protocol Banks acts solely as an interface provider.
Our services are not available to residents of the United Kingdom, certain US states, and other sanctioned jurisdictions. Users are responsible for complying with their local laws.
By using Protocol Banks, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any restricted territory.
